Meron ba village or subdivision na ok jan? Sa newspaper wala ako mabasa condo project rising in caloocan by ayala, smdc, megaworld.
Di ba pag sunday mga family mag leisure time. Meron na ba nag-aya sa inyo "punta tayo caloocan"
Yung kalsada jan dapat 4x4 pick up gamit mo. Parang buong kalsada may speed bumps.

local goverment ang may kasalanan kaya mabagal ang progress ng Caloocan. yung daan nga lang coming from C3 to lrt 5th avenue station grabe, sobrang lubak daanan kasi ng mga trailer trucks at bus.

It's basically the people running the city.
Sayang Kalookan since they have a lot of traders and it could have been an ideal industrial, residential and trading hub. Marami rin rich Chinoys there. But with the local gov't not making things conducive to investment, it's a hard ballgame. The only thing going for it is that sooner or later, the other cities will run out of large lands for development so maybe by that time, developers will look at Kalookan. I know of a company who was recently looking to do a development investment in Kalookan but they decided to go elsewhere for the meantime as they were uncertain on the LGU.
A running joke before with Jojo Binay and his "napaasenso ko ang Makati" shindigs was if he can make Caloocan to a Makati, belib na kami sa kanya.
