Handa naman ang aking Canadian passport hehehe...

That's the reason we naturalized for one back in the early 90's. We know PHL is so unstable socially and politically pag may major disaster siguradong pandemonium...

also the open parking lot of MOA (the one near the Hypermart) is sinking. some portions get flooded when it rains. nawawala rin sa puwesto yung mga bricks, kasi lubog-lubog na.

It's reclaimed land to begin with, so what could we expect.

    What's with SM?

They like building malls on dangerous and fault line areas.

SM City Muntinlupa is built on an active fault line.

Don't really know, maybe less solid?

Our high school is founded on reclaimed land in Laguna lake, and we never had problems except the mud and flood after the rainy days.

    We are not prepared.

Just look at Ondoy, everyone was caught with their pants down.

In our place of work, we have contingency plan but i find it suspect because our division is instructed to relocate operations to our Binondo Center in case the Head Office becomes inaccessible... i find it strange because in case of a seismic event, Binondo seems more susceptible to damage then Makati.

it's a given we are not prepared, who does? Japan nga supposedly the most prepared nation for earthquakes and tsunami tingnan mo nangyari.

tingnan mo si tidus, Canadian passport niya ang magliligtas sa kanya, pag nabaon siya sa rubble gagamitin niya Canadian passport niya panghukay palabas. pag may tsunami naman pwede surfboard well made kasi ang Canadian passport eh.

pi is not and cannot be prepared for the big one.

good - squatters townhouses will definitely shatter no need to scare them away
bad - they will relocate anyway

good - SM malls are big and safe to stay
bad - says who? sm rosario flooded during ondoy, many died inside centerpoint, MOA is sinking, sm pampanga also is sinking, sm are constructed using prefabricated materials, imagine lego without support thats sm

good - nothing is good during calamity
bad - politicians will make a big buzz again, showbiz people will also do...
