I hope it is,- but various cultures will perceive this moniker differently....

I remember overhearing a group of teen-aged American girls calling each other wh*res in a restaurant in one of the more conservative States in the US recently.

I was dining with a fellow employee and he saw the shock (and probably a tinge of delight...:naughty2: on my face) while looking at them.... He explained to me that nowadays, they(teenagers) casually call each other like that, and it was a nono in his time, too....
