    Back in the late 90's, I used to park my car in the Enterprise Center basement parking.
    One day as I entered the parking area, I saw a newly posted sign that read, "No parking in reserve slots. If you parked in a reserve slot, your tire will be clamp and you will be fine."

    A week later, the sign was taken down and replaced with a new one that had a correctly written notification.

    Bad trip! I didn't have any cameras with me. Cellcams were not yet invented back then. I would have taken a picture of that.

    Nope. I think the manananggal is regional.
    There is a similar creature in Malaysian folklore called the Penanggalan.

    where you have more than 7,100 islands and so many dialects. sometimes you just drive 5 kilometers and the dialect changes a bit
