ngayon ko lang din napansin wala pala sarili department store ang ayala......

sa landmark nga pala yun.

They used to have one in partnership with Rustan's called Wellworth. It only opened in 2 of their malls which are UP Town Center and Ayala Fairview Terrances.

Pero in just a year nag fold agad and they sold the assets to Metro Gaisano. Wala silang kakayahan sa retail taga develop lang talaga Ayala hahahaha... Di sila like SM kaya development and retail.
