    It's too early to tell, we'll have to wait and see.

    To be fair, EVAT implementation is an unpopular decision, but surely it isn't an uneducated one.

    the lawmakers may have thought about the provisions of EVAT several times over... but they were not able to foresee the oil crisis and ever increasing price of oil in the world market. imho they should have let the petroleum and power industry out of the EVAT.
