If you consider the long-term effects of E-vat, it's okay for us to accept the implementation of this law knowing that it can help cut our budget deficit and raise revenues. However if we look at the make of our government and the personal agendas of our officials....(sigh) all we can do is hope and pray that it shall really serve its purpose and fulfill its objectives
