You're so right, sir. Confirmed with a friend, and I made the mistake. Sorry about that. The building it's leaning on, they say, is a condominium building, but don't quote me on that.

the question begs,
"did eac bldg really lean, or did the two buildings both shake, resulting in that banging?
if the space between the two buildings "shrunk", who did the leaning? just because a car's bumper got hit, does not mean that car is at fault.
a few cm or inches in between two buildings' firewalls, is "common practice", if my observations are accurate.
