I also felt it earlier today... I was wondering if the quake was going to be strong (like the quake in 1990) or just remain mild.

i agree, iba talaga pag diesel engine hehe. mas ramdam ko pa yung vibrations sa trekker kaysa earthquake kanina. no shocks felt here in McKinley Hill.

the movement wast that bad.. less the 1inch lateral and semi circular .. but this on the 26th floor. dampened naman yun sa dmci.. if the building the rigid we would have catastrophes

Magnitude 7.7. I remember that well, i was buying paint from a hardware store in Roosevelt Ave. There was 1st a milder one then after about 30 seconds stuff started falling off the shelves. When i got out of the store cars and jeepneys were bouncing at least a foot off the pavement and Roosevelt Ave was like a ribbon going up and down like waves of water.

According to usgs it was between 6 to 7 in metro manila. 4 is too weak to cause vehicles to be bouncing on the road.

very strong ma'am, intensity 7.7 as posted earlier. i was in my 2nd year in college in Baguio that time. it was a total chaos, God forbid it may never happen again[emoji120]
