I'm not sure what the exact term for this violation is but I guess you can consider it obstruction of sorts.

At properly painted interscetions with pedestrian crossings, you will notice two lines before the prdestrian crossing.

The first line is the line where the front of your vehicle should be when stopped and the second line forms the boundary of the pedestrian crossing.

Usually, the crocs, er, cops / "enforcers" don't really apprehend you unless you cross the second line.

But if you go by the book and/or depending on the time of day or mind set of said crocs, they will catch you if cross the first line.
