minimum requirements are:

The ideal rig would include a 3GHz Intel Pentium 4 or a 3000+ AMD Barton, 1GB of RAM, a 6800 or X800 GPU based video card, the latest sound card from Creative (Audigy 2 ZS), a Western Digital Raptor (or 2 in a RAID setup), a DVD drive and the best peripherals money can buy (keyboard/mouse). A nice 19" monitor supporting a decent resolution at a higher refresh rate is a must also. I know that paying for all these could kill your summer holiday plans, but we're talking DOOM 3 here, right?

Medyo mahihirapan VC mo pre. pero patayin mo lang yung AA and Aniso filtering, you should be okay.

pare, remember my advice on re-flashing the rom DONT! Overclock mo yung VC core and memory speeds na lang. Pero minimal lang improvement.

Barton 2500+ yung sayo diba? Same as mine....

Contrary to my friend mbt's opinion, there isnt anything wrong with overclocking, as long as you dont overdo it. The barton 2500+ is clocked at 8.5 x 333MHz or 1830GHz (actual CPU speed).

Im running mine at 11x400MHz or 2205GHz(actual)! No problems whatsoever!!! You not only speed up CPU processing but also imporve the whole system by using the 400MHz bus speed.

I used sysoft Sandra to verify CPU performance, and it has my system up there with the actual 3200+. My system is even faster than the first two releases of the AMD Opteron!!!
