Sir Galactus, tinanggap yung delivery therefore... estafa.
Sir raon, pa-blotter mo yan just in case (tapos kunan mo ng certified xerox -- and don't forget the ubiquitous lechon manok). Wala kwenta sa court yung recording mo. Pero kung napa-blotter mo... haha kahit kailan di ka pede unahan ng mga ogags na yon. :bwahaha:

Sorry, Sir Flagg, but the crime of estafa can't stick, as the primary element of estafa is deceit. Based kasi dun sa post ni raon, willing naman magbayad, although may discount kasi nga feeling nya na-agrabyado siya. Estafa will be present kung sa outset pa lang, wala nang intention magbayad, and she resorted to devious means to evade payment, to the prejudice of the supplier. Accepting the delivery, per se, doesn't constitute estafa.
On the other hand, wala ring pwedeng maikaso yung buyer sa seller, assuming there is no written contract. Makes me wonder why she would threaten the supplier in the first place, baka dinadaan na lang niya sa sindak.
IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
