How do they confirm that the person is from the top 3/4 university?
Dadalhin yung diploma? School ID?

honesty system? I assume hook up is a one time thing so you'd never see that person again. Based on what I read they don't date naman, no dinner or movies before the deed, so I don't get the top 3 school requirement, looks ang understandable

doc, my former manager at work is from Penn (he went to LSGH for HS) He is one of the best I know when it comes to oral and written communication. He is such a good manager, he would even compose my emails, akala nila galing ko magsulat pero siya gumawa, ako lang nag send out LOL I miss work na talaga

During my college days we were mostly smitten by girls from this exclusive all girls college.
for us during those time parang Jackpot na if you ever get a girl from that College.

But a lot of HRs usually only hire from the Big 3/4 depending on the course/industry.

Yup, sa first job ko it was like that, they don't just look at the college, they also look at the HS for fresh grads. Some time in the mid 2000s they relaxed the policy, now they hire from all schools already.

I don't know if there are still companies that hire only from the Big 3? FMCGs kaya? I know they are very selective of their employees. Ayala Land din ata.

Hindi maka move on si kags kasi hindi sya natanggap ng top schools. And malamang sya lang sa batch nila ang walang naipasang entrance exam kaya todo alaska sa kanya ng mga classmates. Kawawa.
