i started smoking when i was in college.. currently, non-smoker na ako.. i stop as soon as i knew i was pregnant.. been smoking for 7 yrs before and consuming about 1-2 packs a day.. you can quit as long as you have the reason and determination.. inisip ko na lang si unborn baby para makonsensya ako if ever got tempted magyosi noon.. up to now hindi pa rin pwede because i'm breastfeeding our little angel (8 mos and still counting).. i'm not sure though if i would totally quit.. i don't smoke right now for the sake of the baby's health.. pag na-wean ko na si baby sa pagbreastfeed, occasionally na lang siguro.. parang ang hirap yata uminom ng alak ng walang yosi eh.. just a thought..
