i started smoking when i was in college.. currently, non-smoker na ako.. i stop as soon as i knew i was pregnant.. been smoking for 7 yrs before and consuming about 1-2 packs a day.. you can quit as long as you have the reason and determination.. inisip ko na lang si unborn baby para makonsensya ako if ever got tempted magyosi noon.. up to now hindi pa rin pwede because i'm breastfeeding our little angel (8 mos and still counting).. i'm not sure though if i would totally quit.. i don't smoke right now for the sake of the baby's health.. pag na-wean ko na si baby sa pagbreastfeed, occasionally na lang siguro.. parang ang hirap yata uminom ng alak ng walang yosi eh.. just a thought..

I used to. But I quit when I noticed that it's stinking up everything...hair, clothes, car, just about everything.

Never ako nagsmoke... pero ang daming friends ko na B.I. gusto talaga ako pilitin magsmoke pero di nila talaga ako mapilit. Sa girls sobrang T.O. para sakin kung nagssmoke sila...

Tsaka nakakatakot talaga magsmoke.. ang dami mangyayari sayo in a few years... emphysema, bronchitis or even LUNG CANCER! Whew... lalo na ngayon mukhang kahit hindi ako nagssmoke e pwede mangyari sakin yan dahil sa usok ng mga sigarilyo.

Since 2nd year HS. Never since middle of January of this year. Its a great achievement! It stopped without too much effort, ewan ko but it came to the point that i dont want to smoke anymore and good thing my body did oblige. Di ko rin maintindihan pero wala akong withdrawal symptoms but i did get sick but i dont think it has a connection.
Ngayon, medyo kadiri pag nakakaamoy ako nang amoy sigarilyo lalo na mga officemates ko galing yosi break lalo na mga girls. Ka turn-off! Lalo na mga taong smoking in public places tapos deadma sila sa mga non-smokers.
