It doesn't have to be an elaborate meal. Are you able to cook for yourself given the chance or need?

Yes. My frustration is to learn how to bake since I love desserts. I stated tinkering in the kitchen when I was in grade school. My Dad cooks on Sundays and I help him out in the kitchen. In our family, men cook better than women.

Don't you just open a bottle and heat the contents for that?

I lived by myself for a couple of years (was still single then), so I know that I can cook.

We were 'trained' by our 'tropa' earlier on who could cook the best 'pulutan' for our drinking and then, tsibugan sessions, so the dishes I initially learned how to cook are spicy....

Since I have a sort of sweet tooth, I tend to cook stuff on the sweeter side.

Use Spaghetti... about 200 grams... mix with 555 Fried Spanish Style Sardines (drain out some of the oil first, so it's not too oily... and you have a meal for two... perfect for movie nights in.
