Imagine this, you are driving home by yourself late at night. The avenue is deserted as you look at the few cars tailing far back through your rear view mirror. When you look at your rear view mirror again, merong pari na nakaupo sa likod ng upuan mo...

Do I believe in ghost? Yes. I sort of...feel them. It's an eerie feeling really. My family line has a long...history of family members having a third eye. Two of my younger cousins have it, so does my aunt. They were afraid of this "gift" before but had learned to accept it over the years. They have been encouraging me and my sis to open our third eye but we don't want to. It's more than enough that I could "feel" an unseen presence. I don't want to see one.

One of the weirdest and profound instances where I "felt" these spirts was when I visited the Toul Sleng genocidal musem in Cambodia lat June of 2004. The moment I entered the gates of the compound, my name and back were very cold. During the duration of my visit (which lasted an hour), I...felt the agony of the people who were tortured and murdered there. The more deeper we got into the compound, the more heavy the feeling I got. When we reached the actual execution chamber, I could not breathe anymore and had to get out. When I went out, I could swear that I was hearing faint whispers of people in a tone and language that I could not understand. When we got out of the museum compound, I had to throw-up. The gloom stayed with me the whole day. Next day, I had a fever.

Some of you may think that this is a whole lot of crap or BS...and I respect your opinions, but believe me when I tell you this actually happened and that I don't want it to happen again, ever.

Do I go to the cementery during November 1? Yes, I do. Do I "feel" unseen presences when I'm at the cementery? Yes I do. Last November 1, just before 11pm when we were about to go home, I knew that my late father was with us. I did not see him but I know it was him.

heard a story before about a balik-bayan who didnt make it to their family reunion in Nov. 1. mga 5 days after na sya nakabalik sa P'nas. since di sya umabot, she asked her relatives na kung puwede samahan siya sa sementeryo para naman makadalaw sa dearly departed loved ones ng family nila. since may pasok yun mga relatives, pinasama na lang sya sa close relative na teenager pa lang.

in the cemetery, it went well naman except that the teenager was aloof to her. hindi pala imik and at times staring at her daw. so inisip na lang ng balikbayan, baka naninibago lang coz yun na nga balikbayan siya, d gano kilala nun bata.

in the evening, she told her relatives na masarap talaga dito sa P'nas, masaya daw parati ang usapan. miss na miss daw na yun ganun kwentuhan. tanong yun isa relative: kung sino naman ang mga nakausap nya. Sabi ng balikbayan: dami pa din daw tao sa sementeryo kahit medyo late na sya nakadalaw. nag-enjoy daw siya coz very friendly pa nga daw yun mga tao sa sementeryo at that time. kwento daw sya about buhay nya abroad & other stuffs. she even mentioned na na-meet nya yun dati nyang kababata, former kapitbahay, & teacher.

dito nagsimula magtaka yun relatives nya, coz she was talking about a lot of things na hindi na normal. so they decided to let her sleep na. then they asked the boy, kung sinu-sino daw yun nakausap nya sa cemetry. takut-takot yun teenager sa kanya coz ever since daw, nagsasalita sya mag-isa. para daw may topak. silang dalawa lang daw ang nandoon sa cemetry noon time na yun. and the relative agreed: coz yun mga tao nga daw na na-mention nya eh matagal ng patay.

Merong true story about this twins (a boy and a girl) who were born from Caucasian parents in North Carolina in the states back in the 80s. Ever since their twin children started to talk, the parents were having a hard time teaching them English. Most of the time, the twins were talking incomprehensible words, almost like baby talk. This worried the parents fearing their twins were retarded or hard of learning. However, a psychologist who examined the twins found them to be normal children with normal IQ - except that they were still baby-talking now that they're already 6 yrs old. I guess if people wanted to know whether ghosts, spirits, and the supernatural are real, they should not look at any Biblical references for proof since anything about or related to the Bible are indeed subject to individual interpretations and beliefs that will be impossible to resolve.

I'm sorry but you didn't get my point. I never said ghosts, spirits, and supernatural beings are not true; they're real. It was already mentioned in the previous posts, it's even mentioned in the Bible in both Old and New Testaments several times.

My point is, why do we have to know more about these beings? Will it help us in our everyday lives, not to mention our spiritual lives? I mean, fine, some of us experience these things, I myself sometimes see images. Most of us takot pa rin naman diba? I'm not against searching for more infos outside the Bible about these beings, but what's the point? Just head-knowledge, that's all. Are God's word and warnings not enough for us? Will it be more practical to search His words instead of His enemy's? This is the trap that God wants us to avoid.

Which means we can deal with such situations, that is if we want to, and not be confused or scared. The more people search for answers outside the Bible, the more they get confused. out at the kapri's hide out armed with samurai and shouting,
"sabi nya taena ka lumabas ka dyan tapusin na natin ito dami ka
ng kalokohan na ginawa sa pamilya ko, hayop ka magapakita!!!
lumabas ka dyan!!!". suddenly the tip of the bamboo tree bowed
to his shoulder and he also got a nasty shower! (ihi). My sister
only laughing when she witnessed that incident. My BIL at that
time ay biglang nawala ang lasing then calmly said to the kapri
"sige, friends na lang tayo". Last time I went to their place I heard
that the kapri is already very old & dying and tried to pass his powers
to one of my BIL neighbor.

The Vatican-edited Bible? Or the Director's Cut Bible? I think this is where we left off in the discussion. That the Vatican yanked off many of the things that were originally in the Scriptures. People who are looking for evidences about the supernatural in the Bible complain that they could not find sufficient evidences. Answer: Because they were yanked off. And that's when you said we don't need to read those stuffs that were yanked off anyway.

The more people search for answers outside the Bible, the more they get confused.

We cannot speak for everybody in this case. Maybe you can get confused. Maybe others don't. It is probably okay not to venture outside the Bible, if it was not edited by "scholars" in the first place. Again, my point is, if God did not want His people to know those stuffs in the Book of Enoch, He would not have had it written down in the first place, only to be edited a thousand years later by "scholarly" people during the Dark Ages.

Yes, very true. Siddhartha Gautama only knew the good things in life inside his father's palace while he was growing up. It was only when his trusted aide took him out of the castle to experience the "enemies" and "realities" of life did Siddhartha ventured to become "The Buddha" we know him today.

People are scared of ghosts, because they are not sure what a ghost is and what it is capable of doing. Absence of knowledge results to fear.

Those people who don't want to learn about their enemies for fear of becoming part of the enemy himself - is generally a weak person. In such case, it is indeed best for that person to stay away from learning more about the enemy. He might get Stockholm Syndrome with the devil.
