Did Miriam Defensor-Santiago's son really commit suicide?

Ayaw kasi ilabas ang official autopsy report pero may nag-leak sakin na sa batok daw ang tama. Statistically sa temple or sa bibig ang usual na tama kapag self-inflicted ang sugat. And just how exactly do you shoot yourself in the nape?

May mga speculations pa na si Miriam daw mismo ang bumaril during her 'insane' moments although I would not hastily draw that conclusion naman.

sabi yata sa inquirer 2 days ago, bullet entry was behind the left ear, exit through the right temple. mali daw yung unang report na sa nape ang tama. besides kung sa nape, exit will be on the forehead or face.

so is the guy left handed? hehehehe!

It was reported that the gun shot was at the temple and not at the nape. Probably he could not take the stress he was in...

yun naman na-hospital si miriam after the 1992 election, tingin ko kahit sino sa position nya ganun (o baka worse pa) ang mangyari sa kanya. did everyone here knows that based on official comelec count, FVR won over miriam by just a few thousands votes? i'm a fan on FVR but to be fair with miriam, she could have won the election had there been no rampant dagdag bawas that happened. kaya ganun nalang ang galit ni miriam kay FVR at sumama sa grupo ni erap kahit alam nyang walang alam si erap just to get back at FVR.

Its nice to speculate all sorts of evil things on what
happened specially after that awful performance
of Miriam during the impeachment trials.
But we have to remember that the suicide victim was
her own son and I believe that this young man was much
loved by her mother. Even a hateful person like Miriam
doesn't deserve that much pain and grief.
Never din naman natin nabalitaan na abusado mga
anak ni Miriam (as compared sa mga anak ni Erap).
They excelled in school and were actually very decent
people. That much credit we have to give to Miriam.
Sayang talaga yang si Miriam. She had so much potential
but she was foolish enough to let power and ambition
eat her up.
