Galing na movie! One of the best Scorsese Mob movies! Galing ni Jack Nicholson, talagang hot siya dito! Sayang di tinuloy ni Robert de Niro yung role niya, pinalit siya ni Martin Sheen. Wala din si Joe Pesci...Yung ending is a real shocker, di malaman kung mapaiyak ka o mapatawa. Daming "f" word lang nga.

This cemetery scene in The Departed (2006) pays homage to the ending of The Third Man (1949).

    A perfect ending.

    *DuckDuckGo*

Joseph Cotten (the man waiting by the side of the road)
    Alida Valli (the girl)
Trevor Howard (British officer driving Jeep)

Orson Welles is also in this movie with this speech:

"You know what the fellow said: In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love--they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."
