nung nagpadala ako sa ermats ko via USPS, wala pa worth $150 yung pinadala ko e nagbayad ako tax sa postal office nasa $30, then bago nakuha ng ermats ko nagbayad ulit siya ng tax sa philippine postal office nasa P2000.
Nagbayad ka ng $30 for tax for a box not worth more than $150? Did you declared the contents inside? Hence the $30 tax? Then the Customs here charged your mom for another P2000? What gives?

So how do they charge here? Is there a formula or they base it on how they feel that day?
