it's Center of Asian Culinary Studies at Cafe Ysabel, owned by Chef Gene Gonzales.
meron sa CACS and CCA-Manila ng ma short programs like International Cuisine, Baking, Asian Cusisine, mga 6 months program yan. magastos talaga, pero it's all worth it.
btw, you can get a degree there to become a real Chef!

July 28th, 2004 02:31 PM #15also, try out the new culinary school sa katipunan if ur willing to reach that area, yung nasa FBR building(yung may Yellow Cab Pizza) Ive heard good reviews on it and cheaper pa sya and may degree rin sya. Yung naghahandle ng classes are 2 ex-head chefs from a 5-star hotel in makati (M.O.M.P.'s Chef Babaran and Chef Gandler)
Meron din yung kay Heny Sison along Boni Serrano/Santolan road near horseshoe vil.
