    Ah!

    Hihighblood-in pinsan mo dito.

My uncle used to tell me "buti nalang hindi marunong mag maneho lahat ng tao sa pinas. Kundi magbabanggaan sila all the time"

Agree with Dr. D, Get him/her a chauffer nalang.

Good luck, bring lots of patience [and be ready to embrace how to swear] to enjoy the drive....

    "Damn! this

    Traffic jam

    How I

    Hate to

    Be late

    It hurts

    My motor

    To go

    So slow...."

Those areas are a bit more disciplined compared to the usual Pinoy roads. As soon as he starts driving in Angeles, then make sure to prep him of the usual traffic (tricycles, jeeps, trucks, vans, and all the rude behaviour).

Technically he can drive. He will get the shock of his life once he does drive here.

Yes, no issue, he can drive.

I would suggest na dalhin nya passport nya just incase mahuli... He can always say na foreigner sya.
