    Those areas are a bit more disciplined compared to the usual Pinoy roads. As soon as he starts driving in Angeles, then make sure to prep him of the usual traffic (tricycles, jeeps, trucks, vans, and all the rude behaviour).

    Yes, no issue, he can drive.

    I would suggest na dalhin nya passport nya just incase mahuli... He can always say na foreigner sya.

    Payuhan mo magdamit naman ng maayos, mga Fil-am kasi pag umuwi dito mas yagit pa magdamit sa tin with their loose thread machine washed out clothes, tapos lagi naka short tapos cap na minsan meron pa belly bag. So unfashionable.

    Pinoys now are Uniqlo country, sooner or later we will look like Japanese, or hongkong tst east kung magdamit. Mga Fil-Am kung magdamit parang tiga Quiapo

    Yung brother-in-law ko nag drive dito sa manila. Day 1, galit na galit. Day 2, nag enjoy maningit, mang gipit, etc. A few days before umuwi, nahuli. Nakotongan ng 500 kasi US License.
