Seven buildings yang garden residences, nasa 80 psm pre-selling fully furnished. For turn-over end of this year ang dalawang building. Yung nasa unahan at yung future building na magiging katapat nya ay gagawin daw condotel. Medyo alanganin location kasi walang mga u-turn access sa pinaka-malapit na intersection pag papunta ka NAIA at pag galing ka naman coastal mall, dun pa sa may terminal 2 pa ang u-turn. pero strategic location dahil malapit sa airport kung paparentahan unit.

The only good about garden residences is that it is near the airport but the price of 80psm is just way too much imo. Price of Oxford Parksuites is also 80psm in a prime location compared to garden residences.
Alveo project in Vertis North..will be know as High Park.
Also Avida's Vertis North Project, Vita is in full swing. Mas mura to konti sa Alveo.

Yep, ganyan na talaga presyuhan ngayon, mura na nga yan for the kind of offering like an Alveo and the development they plan to do in the area. Ang binibili dito bro hindi lang unit at amenities, kasama na rin yung nakapalibot sa building. The masterplan ika nga.

Do you have the master plan of Vertis North? actually i was comparing it with the other Alveo Land project in Makati, Lerato. It is price at around 118psm (exclusive of other charges). But given the location, to my mind Vertis North should be price lower. But let me take a look first on what High Park has to offer.
