    the essentials of life after covid 19

    - to have my own complete solar setup not reliant on meralco.

    - water, the most important. Need a very wide lot so i have water EXCESS for a year.

    - food just outisde my door. Duck and carabao for eggs and milk. Ampalaya for gulay. Fruits like Guava, guyabano, calamansi.


    - - --

    Right now i have no problem sa water because im using recycled water in our toilet, garage and garden Our water bill is only 400plus. Only 17 to 19 cubic meters consumption every month. I want to bring it down to below 10cubic meters.

    I valued water way back year 2006. So its like wash rinse lather repeat. Sanay na, nagpaghandaan na.

    I ordered Shellane, pwede bang sabunin yung LPG tank? Normally it's the Shellane guy that installs it but I told my Mom I don't want anyone going inside our house (Corona can live in shoes) plus I want to soap the tank before I install it

    My Mom thinks I am being too paranoid e baka daw sumabog pa kusina namin haha

    yes you can wash them. there is a safety valve naman. washing or diluted bleach should be good.

    Does anyone know if Property Management employees like those who take care of residential condos are allowed to work during this time? They're the ones representing the building and its residents and doing coordination with the barangays, etc. I'm curious because I just got word our admin manager was prevented from entering the city.

    kausapin nyo barangay na papasukin pero dapat wag nyo na pauwiin, dyan nyo na patirahin provide for them food.

    pag nagmulfunction elevator ngayon covid eh mag-aalay lakad kayo sa fire exit. Ok lang kungmidrise condo na 5 to 7floors lang. Paano kung 40th floor.

    And ang dami dapat minemaintain sa condo. Tubig pa.

    kahit wag mo na hawakan yun tank cathy
    spray bottle lang 50-50 water /bleach
    tapos spray mo sa tank then wait mo nalang matuyo

    Hindi ba sumabog yun sa bleach? Gas + bleach. Pero anyway ok lang sakin sabunin, best daw pang tanggal ng corona ang soap and water

    best sa handwash, soap and water kasi pag bleach baka may allergic reaction
    kaya ko na suggest yun bleach and water sa spray bottle para di mo na kailangan hawakan yun tank ng di pa na disinfect
    btw di sasabog yan sa bleach

    May mga natatanggap ako message na next week daw TOTAL LOCKDOWN, as in bawal na daw talaga lumabas, tapos pati mga tindahan at supermarket isasarado na daw.

    50/50 bro? isn't that extra extra strong? I was thinking of addition more clorox/bleach to my sprayer. not yet sure how less i can get away with lol.

    malaki difference, iba talaga lasa ng electric vs lpg vs charcoal

    Like for example yung Tulingan na fish, masarap yan pag sa palayok at uling niluto. Pag sa regular na pot di masarap
