    problema ata to. naalala ko di ko pa nga pala napalipat yung CR. may encumbered pa rin pero nalakad ko na yung chattel di ko pa naayos sa registry of deeds at LTO. tapos di maalala ni misis san nilagay yung release paper na binigay ng RCBC.

    1. May magiging problema ba pag di ko napatanggal yung "encumbered"
    2. Makakahingi kaya ako ulit ng kopya ng release ng chattel sa RCBC?

    1. Encumbered din yun isang sasakyan namin. Nakuha ko last October yun release papers pero hanggang ngayon di ko pa rin nalalakad. Nakakainis eh, sa Registry of Deeds ng Valenzuela ko dapat i-file yun release papers, tapos LTO Pasig naman para sa pag-revise ng CR ko. Kelangan kong gumugol ng isang araw

    2. Tingin ko naman pwede pero with additional fee/docs, say affidavit of loss.
