I have a lot of pantal. Tumubo lang kagabi and it's spreading. I have no fatigue or fever though. Should I go to the ER na?

It looks like I'm stressed. This is because of 50 yr old guy. Kasi the doctor told me also either allergen or stress

the decision to suicide is an interaction between what's in the genes, and the rest of the society we move in.
    certainly, it is preventable.

In my uncle's side of the family there were suicides in all generations. I even met two One was my age and hanged himself. The other was my Uncle's cousin and jumped off a building. Their family also has a history of mental illness and homo***uality

BTW I heard about medicines that trigger suicidal thoughts.

Montelukast din ata which I take for allergies does that.

as of yesterday they are still investigating if its a suicide, apparently there are witnesses who said they heard people loudly arguing at the 20th floor staircase moments before the incident.

according to my son there will be a mass to be held at the 20th floor multi purpose hall at 3 pm today.

Just last year, our neighbor's youngest daughter hanged herself due to a petty argument with her mom the night before the incident. It was the youngest son who discovered her body inside a closet.

It was really sad because the dad was working as an OFW and she was his favorite among the siblings. It was so sad as we could feel that family and friends were talking about how the mom could have pushed the daughter to do it. What was unknown at that time was that the daughter had a history of depression.

We need to be more kind to each other. Nowadays it seems everyone is just concerned about themselves. Everyday life has just become so toxic. Positive behavior rubs off just as well as the negative stuff. That's why I try to be kind to everyone I meet.

^ Personally, i would only do that if there's someone who has a physical impediment of any sort -- pregnant, missing a leg, physically weak, etc. Otherwise, if there's physically nothing wrong with you, my attitude is, pareho lang yung binabayaran nating pamasahe, why is your butt worth more than mine?

Pansin ko lang, parang hindi "uso" dito sa atin for people to give up designated seats for disabled/seniors/etc....more of ignorance rather than apathy imho.

i've been cleaning up my table whenever i eat at foodcourts or fast food outlets, partly to make the servers' job a little easier, partly also as respect to other people who will eat. i hope it catches on
Even if tarayan it shouldn't matter. I notice if I do it napapahiya yung iba, gumagaya na rin magbigay. Yung iba naman nakakatulog sa pwesto bigla. Worst I experienced was giving my seat to a woman who declined. Siguro malapit na yung stop nya. Inupuan ng bading, nag dekwatro tapos tiningnan ako ng malandi. Pero ok lang, natawa din naman ako ng konti.

Right on bro. I clean up my table too.

I don't think this is expected as much anymore. Assuming the woman is young, healthy and not pregnant, it is good if a seat is offered, but I don't think it is bad if it isn't either. Madalas pagod rin naman kaming mga boys. Me, I do it if it seems like she could use the rest.

In Japan the elderly don't expect you to give up your seat. It seems they are too proud. A crooked old man in his 70s declined my offer on the train claiming he wanted to stand to see the sunset. My cousin also says it is in part because there are so many old people than young ones. I had a hard time watching him get tossed about a little when the train braked or accelerated.

Nevertheless, the intention and the act is endearing, bro....

So, no second thoughts doing it, if there's an opportunity....
