if not how do u cook it? boil it lang parang hardboiled egg?

hindi na kelangan lutuin ang century egg. balatan mo lang at i-serve.

except with their appearances and taste

wala pong century egg na niluluto..
kahit un sa congee sa mga resto, pinatong nalang un...
pag galing sa ref, ganun pa rin sir otep, minsan nilalagay nalang sa toyo.
wala pa ata akong natitikman na century egg na niluto

Alam ko hinahalo yan sa sesame oil and black vinegar para lumabas yung lasa.
Served cold, or sometimes placed on top of congee for added aroma and taste.

basta PAALALA... wag uminom ng juice pag kumakain ng century egg haha ang PAIT... wala lang gawain ko yan nung bata, d ko talaga masyado maappreciate ang century egg.
