Pero kapag namatayan tayo ng anak, i-Google mo man, tingnan mo man sa dictionary, walang salitang makakapag-describe. Durugin man ang puso mo, himayin man, dikdikin man, walang kasing sakit,” Mrs. Ramirez said in a separate television interview.

Actually di raw nakita ng student na nasagasaan, she is busy takung picture of a military vehicle nang tumbukin sya sa likod at naipit between ng military vehicle and bus.
Yung ibang nakakita eh nakaiwas, yung Pamela naman na nasa ospital ngayon eh nakita nya pero inabutan pa rin.

Sad news indeed. Dapat managot ang driver, the bus company, the school is not excused from liability either.

Bus brakes are operated by air, when the handbrake is applied, in an air brake system (truck), a bypass valve sends air pressure to ALL brake wheels. This is also being supported by a mechnical system that locks the brake pad/shoes in place should the system run out of air. In US built trucks, this is the norm. Pag naka lock ang air brakes, hindi talaga gagalaw ang truck, no matter how steep the incline is.
IMHO, this was negligence on part of the driver. Or maybe the bus was not maintained properly. Sad.
