I don't think you should be worried about being arrested. Just pray that the raiding team doesn't include a TV crew. If they do, you run the risk of being shown on TV Patrol or 24 Oras as one of the proud patrons of that establishment.

Possible repercussions?

Section 1. Article 341 of the Revised Penal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
