I don't think you should be worried about being arrested. Just pray that the raiding team doesn't include a TV crew. If they do, you run the risk of being shown on TV Patrol or 24 Oras as one of the proud patrons of that establishment.

Possible repercussions?

1. Your GF or wife would catch you (bad);
2. Your parents would catch you waving "hi mama" on national TV (really bad!).
