It's a good law, pero asa pa sa implementation.
Hindi na nga effectively magawa ang basic enforcement against no taillights, no plate# lights, no headlights, no turn signals, no brake lights, etc., ito pa kaya? Pati na rin enforcement against drunk driving. . .
