I 100% agree with this. I've always been against changing the gender on the birth certificate because that could fool some people into thinking that a person was born that way.

Yes doc, they should at the minimum indicate that a revision was made in the gender. So I guess BCs will change in format na. Hindi pwede yung totally change it without history. Sodom and Gomorrah na talaga panahon ngayon.
