Ang mga nabasa ko Lang about threats made by JM was that he's a former law enforcer and he's friends with some of the people of intelligence agency and he can locate any person here easily.

But I don't really take it seriously cuz I always thought it's just Internet/forum talk.

Not that I don't believe him. But I just don't think anybody will go out of their way to hunt somebody they have conflict with in a public forum. Now as for the other threats, Hinde na ako updated.

sus! yun lang bi-nan na. he threatened me too last year pa, telling me he's a hot shot investigator and he can find me.

the thing is beneath that tough exterior, I saw something in him. He's somehow pained inside that's why he's doing that. maybe ,because all his life he was dedicated and followed everything to the letter only to find out later in life that life is not like that. there is conflict inside him coz he's already getting older and maybe a part of him is telling that his dedication was the illusion and the world is just a f#$k*$ place after all.

you can't police everybody. and that's life. so it's better to be a troll with a heart. I guess. I hope JM wherever you are, you find peace. isa ka pa naman sa mga naisip ko apply-an ng the Purpose Driven Life, that book inspired me so much that I wanna share to others

btw, did he threaten Cathy too? kaya pala Cathy sent me PM telling me to tone down on him. oh well, gtg dami pa aka tarbaho

Would a "normal" person just mouthing off and showing off on an internet forum waste time and resources doing that? I know I won't.

What is his motive to do a "trace"?

He's mad and angry at some anonymous posts some anonymous internet poster made, yes, but what kind of action is he thinking of committing with the personal information he gathered about the poster and which is now in his hands?

Isn't that scary? Just the thought chills me.

He took things too personally, IMO, and though that happens to the best of us, he crossed the line when he acted on that anger and started doing something that to me is headed into "negative" territory.

And to think this is the same guy who espouses that "secruity is everyone's concern", yet seems to have no qualms going over to the dark side. Just breaks my heart.

I cant speak in behalf of JM but from what I digested from his exchanges with the guy, he was disappointed that the law was used inappropriately which could cause confusion and misinterpretation of the statutes. I am not a lawyer so I wouldnt know the difference but like what OB said, JM is passionate about his job, maybe too patriotic and idealistic, that it ticked him off when the other guy, who he believes is not a lawyer, tried to interpret the law.

that is because that is his purpose, to enforce the law. But God also creates other people for a different purposes, some of which don't even have time to know nor read the law. and this is where the conflict starts.

one side thinks he's on the right side cause the law is on his side., and the other guy thinks that he lived and survived all his life without paying too much attention to the law nor learn it, and then suddenly he's being pushed as if he was wrong

You see JM, there is where I found God. you cannot forcefully enforce your purpose to others even if God made you for such a purpose. and that goes the same with the other guy. so where does that leave you and the other guy, or where does that leave us in general, if we will not enforce what we believe is rightfully right or we will not execute what we were created for.

that is the test. what happens inside you if you are wronged and what you do next even if you believe you are soo right is the one that God is carefully watching over you. i tell you it's so hard.

coz Jm being the Tsikoteer of the Year then getting banned on the same year is kinda doesn't sound right. So I'm here to at least try my best to explain the situation as to my understanding. that is me trying to execute my purpose

+1 here. I have even more respect for a man who commits mistake and then may ask for apology. di naman ata mahirap sabihin ang sorry basta sincere lang.
