    Up until college, tawag ko sa mga guard manong. But when I reached my 20s parang di na appropriate kaya "boss" na tawag ko hahaha. Sa palengke I just call people "suki"

    I think it's normally used for old women or higher authority (my then 20 something boss was called madam)
