You may look good outside pero it'a wrecking havoc in your inside.

High cholesterol, triglyceride, and uric acid usually problems ng mga matagal ng nag keketo.

this is my 5 or 6th keto phase. havent heard of deaths from keto. on the upside i see plenty of healthy on keto..

I've had those. They're okay. But, I'm not fond of the grape skin. Rainier cherries on the other hand..... Superb! They're so addicting I don't care about lunch. I'll just eat the bowl of cherries.
