Now target ko is 15% fat then reach 67-70kg.

pass muna ako sa keto...my weight we really south...even my legs went kaput and cant deadlift and squat as heavy as i like...its easy to go back and lose the water weight..congrats again

The phi team just won vs seeded Vietnam in the fivb asian women's vball championships a while ago! I'm impressed! 👍

Yes good game! 3-1, not bad at all. Funny lang how the announcer was so biased. Pag PH nagseserve nagpapa-cheer pa, pag Vietnam, yung tono parang namatayan

^ oo nga eh. Manlapaz (the game barker) went overboard there. Medyo over exuberant bordering on bad taste.

I don't like marano but you have to admit she's been very effective in the middle maski na undersized 👏

And macandili was her awesome usual self.

As for valdez, superlatives don't do her justice. She's a transcendant player that's born once in a generation [emoji91]

i have three nieces, all of them wala pang 15, the 6 footer is not included in the pic, the one on the left is 5 8" or so, only 14, high school varsity, what are these kids eating? bat ang laki nila..

seryoso, since 8 years old di ako nawawalan ng activity; got injured (fat) last 2010, so until 2012 di ako nakalaro. by november 2 years nako walang laro, so kailangan talaga mag sipag ulit. pag di ako sinali ni bro kai sa volleyball, baka mag boxing nalang ako; 100 meters away yun elorder sa amin ^_^
