Maliit na lote lang yan pero sa dami na nakatira = jampacked basura in a small area.

My heart sinks everytime I see a condo built especially near my house!!! Cause of traffic yan. Just imagine the number of cars and people in one building. Kung single detached house yan, hindi masyado magiging dense yung population.

Look at C5. Morning and night time traffic between BCDA and McKinley is caused by the growing number of DMCI condos in Acacia, Villar's Camella, Filinvest and SM Grace. I am spending at least 45 minutes going to and coming from BGC which is only about 5 kms away from home. Really disappointed with DMCI and the sleeping Cayetano's. Walang ginawang solution. Sana nilagyan na lang ng intersection sa may Petron tulad sa ginawa sa Mckinley. Dapat sa bad trip thread ito.

My boss is so funny! He sent me a chat as soon as he came in and it's in Tagalog. I greet him in German kasi and he teaches me words and phrases I call him "my lord" hahaha

3 months into my new company, top management decided to expand my scope. I'll now be handling as much of the business as our 20-year veteran. Bigger responsibility but I'm elated because of the trust they put in me.

I was given the work of our AVP when she was forced to retire. Now I'm doing an AVP function as a manager.

It sucks that our company is in a very bad position now. But my boss said at least we both have our jobs..50% na cut sa team namin

Not with us. It's hard to get into an AVP position. But with my previous bank, frontliners have high levels since they deal with HNW clients.

Oh wow. Nobody can ever make me go on a holiday or weekend. Even my bosses know that. I don't understand companies that make their employees work 6 days a week
