at least one hour before her class, longer line on Mondays, meron din sa SM Bicutan, pero mas marami passengers dun

yep, passing by the chapel gives me an extra energy and wisdom to survive the work day

Our VP in Manila loved the gift I gave her. She even came over to my area and hugged me It's nothing much but she said she is happy that I do things to brighten up her day. I'm just happy to have her as my boss

From 220lbs to 190lbs.
From XL to Large tops - From 36 waistline to 34.

Now everyone in the office noticed the improvement.
Mas motivated ako ngayon to reach my target weight.
Thanks to them!

Here's my progress Cathy. Tracking it via Picooc weighing scale.

Now target ko is 15% fat then reach 67-70kg.

Long way to go. I love Keto!
