^That Nissan AD Resort (even in stock, carb 1.6L form) is one surprising monkey. I've been spanked by one of those on C5 (heading to SLEX) many, many years ago... that, and a guy who had a stock looking Corolla XE which left behind the V6 daddy car i was driving during one of those college lunch breaks back in the day.
B16 powered Civic EG with mods, same time lang sa Subic short track as a near stock 1.3L Sentra.
Yan ang favorite saying ng mga walang pambili ng mods (tulad ko). :D

HKS oil cap = 4 bhp
Cusco oil catch can = 5 bhp
Greddy sticker = 3 bhp
Tein keychain = 10 bhp
Spoon tow hitch = 8 bhp
30 bhp gain on the above mods.![]()

Yeah kaya talaga Salpakan makina in a day.
engine palang dumating. may axle pa yata. didnt read anything about electronics. big turbo daw so di pwede stock ECU. kailangan aftermarket programmable ECU. after ma-mount ang engine and turbo (custom turbo manifold), intercooler, custom piping, wiring harness i-totono pa yan. dyno session to get the right A/F mixture from idle to redline
clutch pa. the engine is 800 hp daw. so he needs a very strong pressure plate and clutch disc otherwise the clutch will just slide
suspension and chassis pa. pang time attack daw so gotta have sophisticated chassis and suspension setup. otherwise that 800 hp car will just be all over the place. and don't forget the big brake kit. sticky tires

Wow, anong transmission kailangan niya to handle that much power.
After all those major parts, meron pa injectors, fuel pump, surge tank, sensors, gauges, timing belt, etc.
Given all these, first time driver... Full weld roll cage is a must. But what worries me is how the hell can he handle that power on track?
yeah --- high flow fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, big injectors, sensors, programmable ECU... engine palang yan assuming wala siya gagalawin sa internals. pero 800 hp? di kaya ng stock internals yan
chassis & suspension -- chassis bracing, roll cage, adjustable coilover shocks, polyurethane bushings (800 hp grabe torque steer yan... well that is if the power is successfully transmitted from the flywheel all the way to the tires)
racing seats, racing seatbelt
di ko alam ang experience ni GS sa pag set up ng seryosong race car (hindi stage 1 IHE mods lang) pero tingin ko nasobrahan lang siya sa pagbasa ng magazines at nood ng youtube... gusto niya gayahin

O nga pala, torque steer niya malala yan. Lalo with 200 or below tread wear goma. Ikot siya kagad. Paano pa sa bawat exit and pagsipa ng turbo.
Short throw suspension, body lightening, and yes durog makina kung walang Pangpatibay na internals. From valves to con rods kailangan palitan lahat for that much power. And all that won't be 100% proof na hindi sasabog makina.
Ano ba baseline na makina? Hindi pwede walang r&d yan sa tranny, makina, weight distribution, etc. Dapat pa may harmony yung buong setup.
Hindi kaya ng first time driver yan...
