I have the same situation before bro, my neighbor built their kitchen wall dikit sa wall of our service area and they didnt put a gutter sa roof so pag naulan sa amin ang bagsak, then after a month bumabaha daw sa kanila because they cant put a finishing waterproofing sa wall nila kasi nga they have to go inside my property and naka barbwire pa 2mtra on top of my wall, so they have to remove the barbwires first, but before that i demand them to build a concrete gutter making their wall higher than the roof para wala tubig mapunta sa amin.
So first ayaw nila, so no deal for me, at the end they contacted my contractor and agreed with my demands.

Exactly that what happened..iniwan ung mga pinagsementuha dun...pangit man mag expect, but we didn't receive any ty from them after using our lot..wala lang ...maraming pang incidents that I have to let go..so sana this time makikipagusap na sila ng maayos[emoji17]
