thank you tsikot friends for your prayers. mom passed last wednesday after a week in icu and was not in any pain throughout.

i missed count. she was 91 na pala. akala namin 1928 but her marriage cert says her birth year was 1926.

no sad thoughts please. mom and pa are dancing in that big dance floor in heaven.

I had my car washed by myself and put on some meguiars instant detailer since i just waxed it recently... so makintab na, pumunta ako ng grocery para bumili ng pampalamig kasi pinawisan at uhaw... pag balik ko may scratch na si bumper dahil sa trolly from customer na dinala sa parking...

mababaw lang naman yata idol, kayang kaya yan sa 70 pesos na 3m rubbing compound,,ang kakainis lang ung ibang walang paki alam sa sasakyan ng iba kung makaka perhisyo sila o hindi.ikaw ingat na ingat at alagang alaga ung tsikot mo.ung iba naman walang paki alam.

Extremely painful. Needed to pause every few steps just to get to the bathroom. Yes, high uric acid was the cause. Should have stayed away from the baked scallops the other day.

Was prescribed some medicine including painkiller kanina.

Gout flareups are really painful. It’s like having giant spikes drilled into your skin with any pressure applied to the area.

Hope your meds help you. And stay away from nuts, sugary drinks, etc

My 91 year old Lola told me it's important that I am active in my youth up until old age. She can squat pa rin daw until now! hahaha. Plus my Lola can still walk unassisted.

polite mo, "older". old na lang, tanggap ko na!

had it once 3 years ago. need pa ng pillow sa legs para di sumagi paa sa kama. favorite ko pa naman mga foods na mataas sa uric acid. i really had to abstain for 6 months to recover. i still do eat those food now but in moderation.
