    Yeah I even checked out a new gym yesterday then I woke up late. I used to workout 5x per week for 2 hrs then I stopped. That was way back 2012 pa. Maybe that is why I always feel sleepy and sluggish.

    I don't even remember. I have 2 phones for alarm and 2 people waking me up. Pero kanina nagising ako 9:30 na

    Try mo ginawa ko, crash diet then maintain. Youll look ugly at first, pero pagdating ng second month ok na ulit. Tsaka ka mag exercise/gym. Hanggang ngayon di ko binibitin yung kain ko, normal lang (takaw mode) pero 2x a day nalang. Hth
