You are right bro. No legal ramifications if employer will not compensate since the removal of the ROHQ status was driven by an RA. It is more of a retention issue.

Same company kami cathy, manager ko di pinasok as sick leave yun 2 absent ko plus may 1 day holiday pay na di napasok (maya ko malaman). Basta next cutoff pag di ko nakuha buo yun SL payout (reason nya kung bakit di nya pinasok as SL yun 2 absent ko, dahil ubos na daw), 1st time ako lalapit sa HR sa 12 years ko dito sa company.

My 2 years old dog I think is acting up. He is peeing, at the foot of our bed. According to Google, he is insecure because of the new puppy, basically he is marking us.

At first I thought it's because the door is closed and he can't hold it any longer. But it happened again even if the door is open and he has access to his usual peeing place outside.

Doctors who are 2 hours late. Unbelievable! I feel sorry for the old people waiting in line. I'm disappointed at this doctor because her reason for being late IMO is not valid! Buti sana kung work related.

ang problema kasi, wala sa mga pasyente ang mag-walk out.

Yan ang hirap pag yung doctor manggaling pa sa ibang hospital clinic nila.

Or minsan some are teaching din gaya sa UST, required ata magturo if mag clinic ka dun.

Ang bad trip pa e I'm not feeling well today. I texted the secretary na magpapahuli na lang kami. I arrived 30 mins before the end of her schedule - aba di pa dumadating! Bwiset yung secretary hindi nag reply. Buti pala di ako dumating ng maaga hoping na mauna. At sana hindi abutin ng 3 hrs late. So unprofessional!

My friends go to this really good Pedia. She doesn't accept HMO but going to her for check up will practically take the whole day

I didn't go back to my nephro na rin because I had to wait 2 hrs for him (though he was not late).

I think the doctor's secretary has to be efficient din in scheduling.

Kaya iniiwasan ko yun doctors na sunod sunod ang clinic eg may clinic sa makati hanggang 1 pm tapos clinic sa alabang 3 pm. Kahit no traffic e hapit yan. Iniiwasan ko din yun maraming HMO
