    THIS is what I miss.

No fun just watching organized fireworks.

Watusi is a childhood favorite. Hehe. We don't fire off as much fireworks nowadays also.

(National Bookstore, Office Warehouse, True Value, ACE, Handyman)... Here in LPC and SM Aura...

Not available also are letter and number stickers...

    That's dangerous bro.

As kids, i have the same experience with my friends. Unfortunately, one got hit in his leg, and the wound was nasty.

Gathering the firecrackers that did not explode was also dangerous...

Dangerous, but it was all part of growing up for most of us. Now we use the branded, boxed fireworks already... And sparklers for the kids.

yesteryear's sparklers sparked brighter, longer... better.. and i liked the alambre over the tingting.
    same with roman candles.
one would think, gunpowder would cost an arm and a leg.. (hey! not like that! not what i meant...)
    ah well..
but today's bright blockbusters are very nice.. didn't have those back then. i hope there are newer versions tonight..

Ordered spag and chicken from jollibee and kfc respectively. I instructed them to deliver it to me between 2:30-3 as that's the time that I'll be bringing said food to our celeb of my dead grandma's birth anniversary. Both arrived too early. Now I hope the spag doesn't spoil and the chicken skin doesn't get soggy.

What's the use of giving instructions and them acknowledging it if they won't follow it anyway?

we were flatly advised.."hindi po kaya.. kahit pick-up.. masyadong maraming order.. bukas po, puede.."
of course this is a small-time place.. not a gargantuan bubuyog or maukan ni collonil..

    lessons.. lessons..

mila.. ilabas mo nga yung natirang nilaga...

    happy new year.

I remember my uncle would buy a couple of boxes of watusi pero pakonti-konti ang bigay for the entire Dec 31. Kinukulit namin mayat-maya para bigyan pa kami, hehe. Even though we were young kids, we weren't stupid enough to eat the damn things.

Ba't kasi andaming tangang batang kumakain ng watusi na-ban tuloy.

Well they could've advised me when I made the request instead of them telling me what I wanted to hear. It's a lack of coordination between the call center and the branch if you ask me.

Maigi pa nga yang sinasabi mong place, at least honest sa customers.

Nothing I can do about it but rant. Sigh.

    Happy New Year.

My old friend keeps bragging his 90s Accord to me. And putting a lot of set up and being proud that he can leave everyone behind. Acts like ang idiot. Checked his fuel gauge it's nearly empty. Then suddenly asks for 300 pamasko ko daw

Hindi yata naghuhugas ng kamay pagkatapos humawak ng watusi, then hahawak ng pagkain.
