I went to SM aura kasi I thought regular na yung "weekend market" nila. There is a seller there that I like. Wala na pala! Then I went to M&S kasi 70% sale, wala naman kwenta. So sa checklist ko ng to buy yung Dali lang na accomplish ko. I went to S&R to buy yung round cakes, wala din!!!! I thought people shop less on January grrrr. I hate going to the mall on a weekend pa naman.

I almost fainted twice pa and I'm alone. Mahirap pala mag fast kapag "active" Good thing I felt better after I drank a liter of water.

i think there's something wrong, if you almost faint because of fasting.

When I fast kasi doc 20 hrs without water din. I think I got tired because I did a bit of walking so on the 19th hr I was dizzy na and cold sweats. Pero after I drank okay na.

It has been a habit lang na I have my first drink before I break my fast, but it's not a hard rule naman. But I do know some people who absolutely do not drink anything while fasting. It's much better daw?
