i instruct my patients to "go to the laboratory and schedule your tests. follow whatever instructions the lab says."

EDIT: Bakit pala sa US pwede uminom water pag fasting before lab tests?
Yung sa akin, before pandemic pwede naman uminom tubig pero isang lagok lang, mabasa lang bibig. What I do is schedule the blood extraction early in the morning around 4am or 5am since 24/7 naman yung lab. Eat 10 hours before that then sleep.

Masarap mag punta sa hospital ng ganung oras wala masyado tao. Wala din traffic. And then breakfast sa canteen ng hospital after blood extraction. This hospitals canteen have delicious food.

for patients on a rigorous fluid limitation requirement,
doctors would prescribe ice cubes to melt in the mouth. kaunti lang naman kasi ang volume.

you mean you eat and drink a lot til 9 pm for your 7 am test?

Me naman, since I start my day at noon, last meal ko 3 am tapos punta ako lab 1 or 2 pm, wala halos tao! hahaha! But that was pre pandemic sa St Luke's BGC. I love the staff there, so nice and accommodating.

thank you for your concern, but
i plan to work on it. slowly.
it's not "talon as in leap". it's 'skipping' a few inches off the ground.
ang nakaka-inis, i can actually feel my torso fat clamber up and down my anterior.

i did get heart clearance recently. for my impending cataract surgery.

you'll be surprised how many seeming-younger men, already have lens implants. hindi 'to laser corneal shave, but actual lens indwelling implants in the anterior chamber.

Yung Tita ko consistent na mahirap mga bilin Why can't it be polvoron, nagaraya, ensaymada or dried mangoes But then again, pag may bilin din naman ako sa Tita ko, kung saan saan daw nakakarating to give me exactly what I want :P

doc, last time yung pamahid na Chinese. Mga bagay na hindi makikita sa mall at kailangan dayuhin. May favorite din siya yung peanut roll, pero forgot the brand. Ngayon naman God the Father medal. Is that even Catholic? She gave me a photo e first time in my life to see a medal like that.

I do appreciate naman na kahit malayo e hahanapin niya, mostly make up na in demand kaya always out of stock or accessories with specific model that I want. Pinaka hassle ata nung wala pang Krispy Kreme sa Pilipinas, she had to buy it on the day of her flight and hand carry it hahaha. Saka yung Lacey's sa Costco kung saan saan branch niya hinahanap kaya nung nakita she bought me so much nagsawa tuloy ako.

Anyway, my Aunt does spoil me kaya tuloy nagaaway sila husband niya because of me kasi bakit daw yung side niya hindi ganun treatment ng Aunt ko (malamang e dugo ako ng Aunt ko) Even my cousin says when she goes shopping she always thinks if I will like so and so item. So I am sorry I complained, thanks doc for making me realize.
