the sub-meters are no guarantee, that they will leave after 6 months.
but at least, you can bill them equitably.

Meron na nga kayong reason (covid-19) para hinde sila patirahin diyan eh. Mas mahirap mag paalis kesa tumanggi.

My dad never says a word, chill lang parati. Mom ko nakakapikon pati alikabok sa room ko papansinin. Yung fat lab ko hindi naliligo etc etc

These are the times I wish I had a sibling, I would really pack up and leave.
