No choice. Since ECQ siguro 3 hours lang naka off A/C dito sa bahay. Sa morning lang then pagdating ng 10am bukas na hanggang next day na.

Ganun din mga kakilala ko hinde daw sila mamatay sa covid-19 sa electricity bill daw sila unang mamatay. [emoji23]

aircons that ice up are usually low on freon.
either under-charged, or merong "freon leak".
some leaks are easy to find and to repair. but once a leak develops, the next leak is predictably near.
but i suspect, you already know that.

i have a 2.5 hp downstairs that blows only room-temp air. hindi mahanap ng home-service technician ang leak. i'll probably bring it to the aircon shop later this year. someone told me, replacement heat exchanger coils are available.

Ung bladeless fan kakabili ko lang a few months ago, nung paandarin ko, maingay at mahina Ang hangin, waste of money talaga, 2k ang bili ko, siguro ung sa Dyson maganda, pero sobrang mahal nun

using an electric fan or air circulator will just make you feel you're inside a turbo broiler.

wifey was working in the other room, with only an electric fan.

Nope. Just their (ABS) channels. Pero meron pa rin ANC. Tsaka they'll still be online. Cable internet still works. Di naman covered yun nung case ng ABS.

Pero ayaw nga ni cathy nakatutok sa kanyan fan. So dapat air circulator/vornado. Meron yata mga version sila asahi na air circulator baka mas mura.

ABS-CBN will be back, when? We don't know but it will. They were shutdown during Martial Law, and I'm ABS will survive this new b.s. At least may cable option pa rin, but yung mismong mass base ng ABS-CBN ang apektado dito.
