madami naman tao sa starbucks unlike field report niya nilalangaw daw

eh 9pm na siya pumunta... alam ko 9pm ang Sunday closing time ng fisher mall... syempre konti nalang mag starbucks

ung japanese resto sa binanggit niya... marugame... last week pa yata nag open yun dami tao

I've noticed that when they are in malls, they usually stand out from the rest of the locals. Iba yung pananamit at hitsura nila compared to Chinoys.

And their manners inside restaurants are atrocious. No offense meant to anyone. Just an observation.

Side note, bad trip hindi nagbayad yung isang client namin today. Yun pa naman sana gagamitin ko pang extra Christmas bonus ng mga tao namin. Pandagdag saya.

I believe in that practice, take care of your employees and they will take care of your business.

Maybe explain it to your employees na ma dedelay lang kasi hindi pa nagbayad si client? I'm sure they will understand.

Also, they like to really dress up when they go out. At least the ones I saw, todo japorms just for the mall. Maybe they were trying to attract others. Hehe.

Thanks for the advice regarding my employees Master Blanc. It's actually a surprise for them so I don't think they'll be too affected. We already gave their annual 13th month last Nov. 15.
